With reference to your letter of the 28th of June

extract from a letter from the General Officer Commanding showing arrangements in regard to the Rifle Ranges in Kowloon which have been approved by the Governor and to enquire with reference to

paragraph 2 what arrangements you propose in regard to the use of

the Police Range by the Rifle Association.
